On Saturday, April 22nd, we hosted a heartfelt tribute to the Fania All-Stars, and it was one for the books. The event featured an incredible lineup of talented salseros from around the world and special guest, Aymée Nuviola. It was the ultimate salsa dance party.
Under the direction of Ronald Quiroz, a 13-piece salsa band kept everyone on their feet as artists including Leslie Cartaya, Anthony Almonte, and Julio Cesar took the stage.
The venue played a vital role in the overall immersive experience. The unsuspecting loading dock entrance set the tone for the night: an underground and nostalgic extravaganza.
The success of the event was made possible by the support of the village and community that believes in the movement, Real Havana Club, Mezcal Ojo de Tigre, The Community Spirit Co., and Perrier.
